Returns Eligibility:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Customized or personalized candles are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Return Shipping:

- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
